Pink Mimosa
The great thing about Cara Cara mimosas is the color. This mocktail preserves that beautiful light pink hue and with its lighter flavor, compared to Navel oranges, it accents the wine as opposed to overpowering it.
Directions
- Squeeze Cara Cara oranges into a glass and chill.
- Slowly add sparkling water.
Notes:
• Water should be poured slowly enough to do all in one pour with no pausing. This allows the bubbles to stay fresh and plentiful.
