Sticky Orange Ginger Tempeh Skewers

- Add all your marinade ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
- Skewer the cubes of tempeh and capsicum.
- On a medium heat, gently pan-fry your tempeh skewers until golden brown. Make sure to flip them.
- Spoon the marinade over the skewers and cook for a few more minutes until sticky and brown.
- Serve with warm rice, your favorite vegetables and a garnish of sesame seeds and spring onion.
