Orange Coconut Sago

- In a pot of boiling water, cook the sago pearls over a medium high heat, stirring frequently to avoid clumping.
- After 10 mins, lower the heat and cover the lid. Cook for another 5 mins until the sago is translucent.
- Strain and rinse the sago under cold water to remove the excess starch. Set aside.
- Blend the orange juice, coconut milk, gula melaka syrup and salt until smooth.
- Place the drained sago into serving cups and cover with the orange mixture. Place in the fridge to set for at least 3 hours.
- To serve, add orange segments and your favourite toppings.
