Ingredients

  • 2-3 Sunkist® Navel oranges
  • 1 asam boi/salted plum
  • 50ml water
  • Orange slices for decoration
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Juice 2 oranges with the peel off and 1 orange with the peel on. The slight bitterness from the orange peel provides a nice contrast to the sweet and sour flavours from the orange and the saltiness from the plum.
  2. Mash the asam boi with some water to release flavour.
  3. In a glass, pour ice, juice & the asam boi water. Serve and enjoy.
