Ingredients

  • 4 Sunkist®️ late-Navel oranges
  • 1 large coconut (or ~350ml coconut water)
  • Nata de coco (as required)
  • 1 tbsp konnyaku jelly powder

Directions

  1. Slice 1 - 2cm off across the top of each orange. Using a spoon, scoop out about half of the orange flesh, leaving the remaining half in the orange. This will be used for toppings later.
  2. Squeeze out all the juice from the oranges into a small saucepan with a spoon.
  3. Pour in all of the coconut water from a large coconut into the saucepan. Heat up the mixture over medium heat and once small bubbles start to form, add jelly powder and mix.
  4. Strain the mixture to remove any large chunks of orange or jelly powder clumps.
  5. Alternate pouring nata de coco, orange chunks and jelly mixture into each orange until they are filled. This should set in a couple of minutes.
  6. Store in the fridge to chill before serving.
