Directions
- Juice 1 orange. Cut the other orange into chunks.
- Heat up oil in a pot and add Halba campur. Once the spices begin to sizzle, add dried chilies and shallots.
- Saute for 2 minutes and add garlic, chopped tomato and salt. Once the tomatoes are softened, add curry leaves, black pepper and Rassam powder. Continue sauteing briefly.
- Lower the heat, add water and continue sauteing the mixture for 1 minute. Add orange juice and taste for seasoning - you can add salt, sugar or coriander to your taste.
- Cover the mixture and let simmer for 5 minutes. Do not let it come to a boil.
- Turn off the heat and add orange chunks and chopped coriander.
- Serve with rice and papadam and enjoy!
