Orange Sriracha Chicken Satay

Directions
- Cut boneless chicken into small cubes and skewer into satay sticks.
- Prep marinade by combining the orange juice, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder and soy sauce.
- Reduce the marinade on the stove until it thickens to a sauce consistency.
- Brush the marinade on the chicken skewers and leave it for 30 mins to an hour. The marinade will tenderize the chicken breast! You can also leave it overnight (less than 24 hours), but not for too long; otherwise, the chicken will be broken down too much by the juice.
- BBQ or grill it in your oven or BBQ pit. Enjoy!
