Meyer Lemon Golden Smoothie

All the good things to start the morning! This recipe blends easy in a bullet – you can easily double to make in a blender.

  • 0.5 Sunkist® Meyer lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 slice fresh ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 0.5 cup ice

PREP TIME

Preparation: 10 minutes

Directions

  1. Squeeze the lemon into a measuring cup, then add the honey and stir until dissolved.
  2. Add the lemon-honey mixture and remaining ingredients with ice into a blender or bullet blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.

    Variations:
    • Try adding in chia or ground flax seeds for a more healthful drink.
