Grilled Chicken Salad

Directions
- To a bowl, add the chicken breast, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey and the juice of half a Sunkist® Navel orange.
- Mix and marinate for 15 minutes.
- To a heated pan, add the marinated chicken breast and pan fry until golden brown on each side.
- In another bowl, add the salad mix, cherry tomatoes and pan fried chicken breast, cut into slices.
- Top the salad with cashew nuts, Sunkist® Navel orange slices, and salad dressing of your choice.
