Ingredients

  • 1 Sunkist® Navel orange, juice and slices
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 chicken breast, sliced
  • 0.5 bag of pre-packaged salad mix
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • Handful of cashew nuts
  • Salad dressing of your choice

Directions

  1. To a bowl, add the chicken breast, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey and the juice of half a Sunkist® Navel orange.
  2. Mix and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. To a heated pan, add the marinated chicken breast and pan fry until golden brown on each side.
  4. In another bowl, add the salad mix, cherry tomatoes and pan fried chicken breast, cut into slices.
  5. Top the salad with cashew nuts, Sunkist® Navel orange slices, and salad dressing of your choice.
